Condition: very good; upper right-hand corner of map missing, forfeiting margin, margin line and a portion of a local advertisement; some light water-staining in upper right-hand portion of map; 4 places in upper portion of map where tiny holes have been conserved; otherwise, paper is strong; print is bright, and map generally clean.
