Mining District, three-fourths of a mile from the Town of Gothic, Gunnison
County, Colorado. Condition of certificate: near fine
condition. Reference: 1883 Colorado Mining Directory, Corregan and
Linegan. (Yank's Peak is now known as Avery Peak.)
